Vendor Information
Date: July 12, 2025, rain or shine!
Location: Ed Grenfell Park, McMinnville, OR
- Event time: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
- Set-up time: 8:00 am – 10:00 am
- Break-down time: 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Application and Space Fees:
1. All festival vendors are invited and evaluated on a yearly basis.
2. A complete vendor application, with copies of all necessary liability insurance relevant to that business, must be submitted to Yamhill County Parks prior to set up. Applications are not complete until all necessary items are received.
3. The table fee for the event is $30. We use these fees to help offset the costs we incur in hosting this community event, and we are thankful for your support. Your fee must be received prior to set up.

*Please be sure to note your business name and Pawsitively Electric on your payment.
Space Description:
- One space at the Pawsitively Electric Festival consists of a 10’ x 10’ area
- Vendors will be assigned their space within the festival site plan
- Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tents, tables, chairs, POS system, etc.
Signage
- Vendors are encouraged to appropriately sign their booths to identify the business represented
Vehicle loading/unloading and set-up:
- Vendors may begin setting up at 8:00 am Saturday, July 12th
- Vendors may not drive a vehicle into the festival area after 9:15 am. Festival entrances will be barricaded after this time. Any vendor arriving after this time must carry tents/tables/chairs/products to their site.
- Vendors must not disassemble booths before closing time (2:00 pm) unless prior arrangements have been made.
- All vendors must vacate the event location by 4:00 pm on July 12.
